Wiring a Car Sterio

Most people dont realize that todays vehicles are using same wire harnesses for everything i cannot stress how much people screw them selves by buying a wire harness and putting sterio's in them selves you void your warranties doing this

they mix up the different wire colors which screws up different parts of the vehicles ive been reading this alot in this forumn if at any if you still want to put in the sterio yourself and not have professional do it then i suggest this when your buying your sterio before check out goto sterio installation bay by the proper harness and 5 bucks have the car guys there splice the wires together for you so at least you didnt screw up the wiring plug in mount and your done your safe

certain vehicles need certain harnesses for sterio to work properly if not connected right you can blow your investment on both ends your sterio and your vehicle

some wires are hard to see cause there faded a proper wire harness and installation will keep your investments safe ive had DEH-P6400 for almost 8 years now been threw 8 vehicles moved with me never had a problem with it always made sure proper wire harness and maintenance for sterio by certified pros it was a birthday present from a special someone who passed away and i cannot for love of god get rid of it and wont
