Wii menu and all sports in black and white; how do we get color?

You are probably plugged into the wrong RCA slot for your Wii's configuration. If your TV is an HDTV you need to either go to your Wii's settings and change the TV settings to HD or remove the Wii RCA (Red/Yellow/White) from the HD slot and put them in the standard input RCA slot. Red/Yellow/White insted of Red/Green/White.

All my games and menu are showing up as black and white instead of in color

Are you using an HDTV? If so you need to modify your Wii's settings so that it is on HDTV settings. If you don't want to do that make sure the yellow video RCA cable is attached to the yellow RCA slot on your TV and not the green HDTV slot.

How do i hook up a nintendo to my tv which cords go where and can someone walk me through it

Round peg into the round hole. Red peg on the red slot. etc. If the wire from the nintendo doesn't fit the slot on the tv then you're in the wrong slot. if the wire from the nintendo fits the slot on the tv (and is the same color if you are using red/white/yellow rca cables) then you're good. here's a hint on connection types (you will not mix): 1. RCA (red/white/yellow round connectors) Red=right audio sound White=left audio sound Yellow=video connect to the slots that look like they want some. 2. Coaxial (stiff cable with a pinner poking out of the end -- same cable that connects you to cable tv) just hook it up by itself; it carries audio and video. 3. Component (red/green/blue)(red/white) two 'bundles' red=red component of video green=green component of video blue=blue component of video red=right audio white=left audio 4. VGA + (red/white) VGA=video (computer monitor cable) red=right audio white=left audio 5. HDMI (flat hdmi cable. you spent $30 on this 3 foot ****) HDMI=audio and video 6. hugs and kisses hugs=video kisses=audio (both sides)

Hd tv as no hdmi plug

There are PS3-components cables available out there (the Red/Green/Blue one) you can use to connect your PS3 to your TV and still get HDTV on your TV system. You should be able to get it where you bought your Playstation. Got one for 39.99$ CAN

Wii Remotes will not charge - Red light shows all the time and never goes green. When you want to use remotes they have no charge. The Wii console works fine in the power station. Any ideas please as to...

Are you using a base station e.g. made by 4gamers?

- If so, as it has a battery slot at the back as well as the slots for the controllers, it may be set to charge this not the controllers, there is a switch on the back.
- Ensure correct batteries being used in remotes (NIMH).
- There are multiple lights on the station and there should be a light next to the remote station you want to charge. If this is not lit, see if there is a switch, if not then was there a special battery back for remote provided by the charging station? As some need ot to transmitt the power to the batteries through a strand of metal.

Wont show up on TV

You have to reset the console by holding down the power button on the console itself until the light changes from red to green and back to red again, after that make sure you have the composite cables ( red white and yellow ) plugged into their correct slots . Then check to make sure the tv is on the video channel. And lastly , this is the part that got me, make sure the cable that plugs into the back of the ps3 is in there securely, it shouldnt be loose or anything. Thats what fixed it for me.

Xbox 360-Red to Green

Look on the back of your tv and make sure that the red and blue cables are plugged into the right slot on the back of your tv. This would be the most common cause for something like this that you are describing.

Video probs

Which cable are you using? Are you using the component cable? Have you accidentally switched the red/green/blue somehow? Or may someone have played a trick on you, rearranging them?

Also check PAL/NTSC settings and capabilities on the 360 and your TV.
