I would advice you press and hold the stop button for 15 seconds and release, if the problem still surface after this, you will need to reset the printer, power off the printer and power on back, while the printer is booting, unplug the printer from the AC unit,wait a while and plug the printer back, this should clear the error message on your printer.

Hi! Please try this. Unplug the printer from power source then press hold the power button for 15secs. while unplugged, this should reset the printer's system. Plug the printer to power source, turn it on and see how it goes. Please write back on the progress. HOpe this helps and have a good one!
