Hi please uninstall the drivers for the printer and reinstall them again,then restart the computer and see if the error still exist.

If the machine is saying "Please Call Service"..You will have to access the Service Call function to determine the exact problem.
Press PROG to select "service call" mode, then press ENTER.
The Error Message will be displayed.
For example Heater Error, Drum Fuse Error, Inside Fan Error, etc, etc...
**Most common (given m/c age.) would be "Heater Error"...which indicates a problem with the Fuser Unit.....if this is the case you will need to contact local Muratec service for parts.
