Yes, the weep drain. Inside the engine compartment, on the firewall, passenger side, half way between top and bottom of firewall. Small rubber tube comes out, then does a 90* turn towards the ground then just stops. You can remove the weep drain and clean it, or use wire to "poke" around and break up the debris. I suggest removing it.
Well duane, I have seen many vechiles and I can't think of one that didn't have that. I know on luminas they are about 1/4" (inside diamater), cuz that's the one I just did last week. The vechile they are talking about is less then 5 years old. I have never knowen a seal to break within 5 years. I'm willing to bet money that this vechile spends alot of time outside of a garage meaning they park in their driveway or other open area. Probally even in a dusty climate since this problem is happening so soon, cuz most of them I see happen when they are 10 years old or so, but I don't live in a dusty climate. Either way, I suggest to this person take 5 minutes and clean the weep drain, if it doesn't work, you only wasted 5 minutes and there is another solution already.
as to Whitson Joe, you couldn't see it. On some models, you have to jack the car up on passenger side to see it sometimes. Tube will only be about 4" long or so.

Yes, the drain is plugged, but you might consider sealing the passenger side area between the firewall and the plastic shield so the floor does not get wet.
Normally water drains down to the ground from the cold evaporator, as if it were a dehumidifier.
Try using a pressure washer to clean the underside and maybe try to direct the stream of water from a pressure washer down the outside vent at the bottom of the windshield.
Also, check for holes in the firewall area where water should come out. It might be kind of hard to see where it comes out. Use the driver's side as a guide on a hot day when the a/c is running.
This problem occurs more often than one might think.
the drain is not a tube, per se, but simply refers to the routing of water inside the area defined by the plastic panels that are horizontal, and the firewall which is vertical, and any louvers that the water happens to travel down after it drips off of the evaporator, which looks like a small radiator.
that is true for the inside of the panels are as you desribed .. Where as real world experinse, by removing the weep drain and cleaning it is the most COMMON and fastest way to solve this problem, which IS a small rubber tube on the firewall. So, according to you, where does the water flow to from the exaporator? Just sits there? The weep drain gets plugged and water backs up into the system you described. Instead of just a "hole" in the firewall, there is a "small rubber tube" that bends downward towards the ground as I described in my answer. The weep drain is maybe 1/4 hose that gets plugged quite easily. If you don't belive me, look on your own vechile. It's on all of mine, its on all the ones that came through my bay..........
the drain on my 1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais in the firewall had rubber flappers that got plugged up after sandblasting the vehicle for a paint job. They were actually larger than 1/4" though.
Grass and sand and dirt got into it, and one could hear sloshing of water when driving it around town, until the drains were cleared.
I think it varies from model to model and year to year as to where the drain is and how it is configured.
Also, this person is having a problem with the water actually leaking onto the floor, that's why I suggested they seal the plastic to firewall seam with something.

Your line should run down the firewall below the condensor. You will probably need to get under the truck to find it. Also I have heard of condensation forming in an air gap between the firewall, which requires you pull the carpet and use silicone sealant to fill the gap. If you need more information there are several S10 specific forums you can check and they will surely get you on the right track.
