When I go online to Facebook, everything works perfectly, as usual. However, I am hearing from my friends that they cannot find me in their friends' lists, and that my thumbnail picture is either an X or absent on threads on which I've commented. When I send a post to a friend's wall, it simply does not appear. When they get a notification that I've posted on their wall, they get an error message, ''This post is no longer available.'' In other words, I am invisible on Facebook to everyone but myself. This has been going on for several days, on and off. What do I do about this?

If you recently deactivated your account then it is normal that these problem occurs after activation so wait for few days or contact Facebook help center for this issue through a form. if this not the case then it might be possible that your account has been hacked by someone and that person deleted you profile picture and removed your friends from your friend list.
Blocking a Facebook user stops him from seeing your profile or sending you any form of communication on the social networking site. When someone is blocked from your profile, you essentially become invisible to him. The function is helpful for stopping harassment or just keeping people you don't like from requesting a friendship. If you change your mind about a blocked user, unblocking him takes just a few seconds. An unblocked user sees you on Facebook again immediately.
1.Sign in to your account at Facebook.com. Click on the "Account" drop-down menu on the top-right corner of the Facebook page, which sits at the top of every page on the site.
2.Click on the "Privacy Settings" link in the "Account" menu.
3.Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "Edit your lists" link in the "Block Lists" section.
4.Go to the "Block Users" section. Click the "Unblock" link immediately to the right of a person's name. Click "Confirm" when prompted by Facebook.
It seems that Facebook is having a problem with your profile. If you haven't changed any of your settings then that shouldn't be the problem and plus I doubt that. I believe that your profile may be just having technical problems. Contact Facebook (look for "Help" on either the home page usually on the way bottom or under a side bar) or wait it out. Sometimes patience fixes everything. But I highly recommend just contacting Facebook if everything else fails...they should help. If not...keep waiting.
Hope that helps ^_^

Sorry my friend unfortunately you can not access that account because the account which is associated with your wife's email address is invisible. Until unless she will not change her account setting it is difficult to access it.
Thank you and sorry..
