Question about Acer TravelMate 4010 Notebook
The water leaked through the keyboard, and short-circuited something on your motherboard. You need to take your computer to a qualified technician, to see if the CPU (Central Processing Unit) shorted, or if the motherboard itself has shorted.
Either way, it's going to be expensive to trouble-shoot, and to buy replacement parts from ACER.
