Check the system FLAGS, under the MODE function, there are 64 total. You can clear all of them to default which should take care of some issues. I cured two of my problems and have one yet to go.

Couple questions to clarify:

Did you reboot the phone?

Is this the stock version (is this how the phone came in the box?)

Have you recently installed any programs?

How to reset sidekick II?i forgot the 3 number password...

Try this

1. at the same time hold the menu button (top left) and the jump button (bottom left)
2. This will bring you to the emergency screen (it gives you the option to make an emergency call)
3. Open to the keypad and hold in the menu+shift+q buttons at the same time.
4. The phone will reset and clear/unlock the security code

This works on sk3 i'm not sure about the skII.

I have another model, but maybe this will work: In the explorer under file you will likely have send and receive menu items. Similarly for pocket outlook applications.
