Unplug the POWER cord for 30 seconds. When you plug it back in, it resets itself and should be able toread that there is paper in there!

Printer won't pick up paper to print or copy. paper is loaded put registers as 'out of paper, load paper face down in main tray'. this has all been done. What's wrong

If it's in the 1st paper tray, pull out the tray and check if theres a sensor. Check if it's out of position, if it is, place it back in position. If the printer still says 'load paper' the sensor is most likely faulty.

I have a Hp DesignJet 600 plotter. When I turn it on, on the front pannel display I says "CHECK PAPER PATH" plz suggest what can be done.

Hi how are you doing?

If there is a message saying check paper path, then there must be something inside the rollers. CHeck on the back of the printer, on the inside.

Try to load a paper to see if it goes throgh.

After cleaning paper path. Just turn off the printer, and turn it on again.

Hope it Helps,

God Bless You.

It says load paper tray 1

It mainly happens when more than one sheet are attached with each other or when the paper trays are not set properly. To handle this issue, reload the trays with appropriate paper size followed by front and back tabs. For all the trays verify that correct paper size adjustments have been done. Now enable the jam recovery button and press the button 'GO' to print your document.

My printer is saying 'Paper out' Load paper and press the Start button. I have done this repeatedly WITH paper - it still displays this and will not print

look inside where the paper goes (the paper path) for a small plastic lever.
it senses the paper and, it may have broken off or, been dislodged it should come out of a small slot. repair or, replace the sensor lever.

False paper jam

If the paper is lodged too far into the printer and can't be removed:
Press the power button to turn the printer off.
Pull firmly on the paper to remove it. If you can't reach the paper because it is too far in, raise the front cover and remove the paper from the front of the printer.
Close the front cover.
Press the power button to turn the printer back on.
Resend your document to print.

Ensure that:
The paper is a recommended paper for inkjet printers.
You do not force the paper down into the printer when you load it. For example, if you are loading letter or A4 size paper, the top edge of the paper should extend above the top of the sheet feeder.
The printer is on a flat, level surface.
The left paper guide is against the side of the paper.
You do not load too much paper in the sheet feeder. Depending on the thickness of your paper, the sheet feeder can hold up to 100 sheets of paper.
The left paper guide does not cause the paper to bend in the sheet feeder.
Your printer feeds regular paper as expected. If regular paper feeds without causing problems, load the envelopes vertically against the right side of the sheet feeder. Make sure the paper guide is against the side of the envelopes.
Envelopes or the appropriate specialty papers are selected in the printer driver.
You are using a paper or envelope size supported by your printer.

Paper loading

Make sure that there is no pieces of paper jambed around the wheels that pull the paper into the printer. Also that the back panel is fully locked into place.
