Question about TruTech PLV16190 Television
When I turn the TV on, there is a picture but no sound. But then, suddenly, the picture goes away and there is sound, but no picture. By pushing buttons, which, I do not know, I have been able to get both a picture and sound at the same time, only twice in the past 2 weeks. However, once I turn the TV off and then go to turn it on again, the same problem exists. What can I do to remedy this problem?
If this only happens in a particular channel, that is normal. A solution would be auto scan. If it happens on a particular input such as playing a DVD etc. Then it has to do with the input setting and the solution would be choosing the right setting on the menu. From the information you provided, it indicates there is no problem with the TV. Only in the setting. Refer to user manual if you have one. If not there are sites where you may be able to download it for free.
