You said it is still on warranty, i would suggest you return to the dealer for diagnoses or perhaps replacement, this is the best thing for you to do, because, it will save you money for repair and be rest assured that the your LCD monitor as not be tampered by an illegal person.
Take it back to the dealer to help diagnose and fix the problem since you are not losing anything, it will be better to return it.
