Mcdevito75 here, The 2 buttons you need are the MODE and SET the MODE button usually on the right of the case next to the stem (winder) press and hold for 2--3 seconds, now see the display flashing if so then press the set button usually on the left of the caseing, after each function is set (hour, minute) press Mode button to move onto next function to set, after all is set, presss mo
de again for steady display. If this doesn"t work, see a small watch repair shop in your area.
