Help me please

I moved to brisbane from Sydney. and on the move my daughter was recording our drive. it was still fully functional when we turned it off but now when we turn it on the screen is blue and we don't know what to do. the recording is blue and the photo is white we use a memory card not tape as well.

Can u please help me!!!!!
