Question about Cell Phones

I'm not sure if you are still chasing help with this but I just went through the same thing.
Try this (It worked for me):
Do NOT use Autoplay or the installation box that pops up onscreen
Open the Computer icon on the desktop or click on the start menu and then choose computer.
Right click on the CD/DVD drive (LG PC Sync)
Right click on setup.exe and choose properties
Place a tick in the box besides ‘windows XP service pack 2’
Double click setup.exe and install the program
Do this for LGPCSync and LGPhoneManager.
Close the windows and you are all set to go.
Untitled Do NOT install or try to install the PCCheck or any of the other icons. ONLY the folders listed above.
Note: ensure the phone is NOT turned on and plugged into the computer.
Do NOT sync the phone with Windows Media Player. This pops up if the micro SD card is inserted in the
