Re: hp 4350 error code 50.3
Control panel message Description Recommended action 50.X FUSER ERROR For help press A fuser error has occurred. X Description 1 low fuser temperature 2 fuser warmup service 3 fuser over temperature 4 faulty fuser 5 incorrect fuser is installed 6 open fuser circuit
1 Turn the printer off and allow it to cool down. 2 Verify that the correct model of fuser is installed. 3 Verify that the correct voltage fuser is installed. 4 Reinstall the fuser, and check the connection between the fuser and the printer. Replace the connector if it is damaged. 5 Replace the fuser. 6 Replace the dc controller PCA. See Dc controller PCA. 7 Replace the power-supply assembly. See Power supply.
Ok, this will cover number 2 and 3 above. a lot of 3rd party vendors ship the wrong fuser out. remove the fuser, check the white label, and make sure the part number reads RM1-1082 xxx. any other number, and you have the wrong fuser. also, place your original fuser back in. if you have the same error that your replacement fuser is giving you (and both have part number RM1-1082 on them), then replace the power supply assembly (RM1-1070-040CN), and if that doesn't work, then do a DC controller (RM1-1108-130CN). best of luck.

The service 50 error indicates a bad fuser assembly. You can get one on Ebay for less than $50. To replace the fuser just open the door on the back of the printer, inside you will see the fuser, unscrew the 2 screws and pull the old one out. Insert the new fuser and screw it down, power on the printer and you should be good to go.
I hope this helps, If so please rate our solution.
LaserJet 4V ***If it is intermittent
or can be cleared by shutting it off to let it cool. The fuser is
running too hot, order rebuilt.***
Notes to remember!!
The low voltage power supply is what the takes the 110v ac from the
outlet and is for this reason often mistaken as the high voltage
power supply. The high voltage power supply HVPS main purpose is to
charge the toner cartridge with a much higher dc voltage.
Always Remove Power from the printer before working on it!
Lamps can break in shipping or if the fuser is dropped.
The fusers use floating connectors don't force them in.
50.7 means that the photo sensor ps6 detected no movement Open the side of the printer power on the printer and check if the fuser motor moves forward and back. If it does the problem is with the movement sensor or feedback circuitry. If it doesn't its the motor, gear system jamming, motor driver or power supply pcb.
I am not sure this will stay fixed but after i cleaned the pcb's and checked the connections and let the unit sit overnight the printer works just fine. If this does not stay fixed I will contact you again.
If the display panel reads 50 FUSER ERROR, CYCLE POWER, turn the printer off for 15 minutes. This allows the capacitor that is responsible for signaling this error to discharge. If you don't wait 15 minutes you will continue to get this error even if you have replaced the fuser. If it continues to show the error, then you need to replace the fuser. It is easy to replace.
The fuser maintenance kit is about $119. on the web. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe
A 50 Service error is a fuser error. Turn the printer off for at least 10 minutes, then turn it back on. If the error is still there, you can try reseating the fuser, but be sure to let the fuser cool completely before touching it.
If you still have the 50 Service error after reseating the fuser, you might need a new fuser.
You can access the fuser by opening the rear door. It's located directly above the paper tray. There are two screws that hold it in place. Remove those two screws, and the fuser slides outs.
Hope this helps.
