Question about HP Pavilion dv2000t 14.1" Notebook Laptop PC (Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 1.66 GHz, 1GB RAM, 100GB HDD, D... PC Notebook
I just bought an HP laptop today, and paid $29.00 for computer optimization. I waited for three hours for this service to be completed. I went home and found out that Norton Internet Security and other trial programs that were supposed to be removed were still there. I also could not connect to the Internet even after going through all the trouble of contacting my Internet provider, Belkin Tech Support, and finally HP Tech Services. The HP technician found out that Norton and all the other trial programs was never taken out at all. We are currently doing a system recovery and doing the optimization that your technicians were paid to do. What exactly is the point of paying you $29.00????
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
