Question about Televison & Video
I have a Antsig AP593 universal remote and I need the code for my Cobolt television.
Not sure if you've decided to throw your remote control away already or not. But try using the manual search code. Basically press "TV" (light blinks once), then press the "Up" channel button and the "up" volume button at the same time (light comes on permanently), then hold down "Power" whilst putting the remote RIGHT IN FRONT of the place where your tv receives signal (usually where you can see a light), and I mean right in front! Hold it down until your tv powers off. Then it should be configured and working. It took me about 1 minute or more for the TV to react and turn off. Then you can check if it turns on again and if the channels are working.

I have just bought the 6 in 1 universal remote AP592 and all I need to know is how to set it up to control my set top box? There are no buttons for the set top on the control but it states on the box that it can control a set top box.
