If you Sungale is working fine, then there must be other problem. Let's first check the connection and cable. Please connect it to another usb port of your computer and check if it's shown in the "My Computer".
In case, it's not showing up on the My Computer, the Go to Device Manager as follows
Right Click "My Computer" on the desktop > "Manage" > on the left pane "Disk Management" and check if it's there or not. If it's not there, then must be the cable or must be the usb port of your computer.
If it's shown on the My Computer then try opening it using different method. Click on the Address Bar menu as shown below;
You'll see the drop down lists of the Drives available on your computI was given a Sungale ID700WTA eReader. I have - b980f39.jpgrc="/uploads/images/b980f39.jpg" alt="b980f39.jpg" class="h_mi" />
Now click on the Removable Drive or I was given a Sungale ID700WTA eReader. I have - 9a263c9.jpge (the drive name of the Sungale)
The folder Drive will be open up.
If there's anything wrong, you'll definitely get an error message (if so do let me know).
In some case, a virus with a duplicate/replicated name "autorun.inf" makes this problem.
Let me know after you are done with all these.
Good luck.

Thank you!!!
So it doesn't come up on the disc management screen. Same cable and same USB port that i checked with my camera. My camera works, my e-book does not. Help please!
Well, now try it on another computer. Never mind, you can use the same cable, but make sure whether it's detected or not. You also need to look at the jack very carefully. In many cases, the pins and interfaces inside the jack got bent and so missing the connection with the system. If you see nothing wrong, try cleaning jack, you can a soft brush with alcohol/acetone. After it's dried, try again.
If all these don't help, it's possible that there's connection problem (just inside the jack) or circuit faulty inside the case or on the board. I would suggest you to visit a service center and get some help from them. Also, this could be fix by mobile technicians.
I attached this picture for your reference;
I wish you good luck.
