Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
My english is bad, I try my best to describe the possible solution.
802 problem happens because the cartridge got stuck like the last poster said. Try to clear any obstacle on the track so the cartridge can move from left to right, if it cant, something stuck.
For my painter, the "plastic" with the serial number sticker somehow loosed, and blocked the movement of the cartridge from left to right. After I put that "plastic" back on, it's fixed.
Hope it helps, thanks

Its probably the the little carriage holding the cartridges has gotten stuck. Just turn it off (hold the Power button) and turn it back on. It should be fine.
