Sometimes, windwos OS, give same drive letter to different devices, and when you connect both, one is not showing. So, you need to go in to Disk Manage (right clic on "My PC", clic on Manage") and verify if you can assign a different driver letter to your pen drive.
click start control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools you should see click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now start or you might tick one box then return after its finished the first repair then return and tick the second box you should not do anything while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may damage this drive if you still want to format this drive click start click on my computer you should see your drive right click then select format another way is to control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your drive select format hope this helps
I have got a problem of Files Hiden. When i opened Control Panel there is no Folder View. When i tried to do any thing it asked me "Insert U3 Smart Driver" But I couldn't find that Driver, But I do have 4GB SanDisk Cruzer Flash Driver. So Please support me for more. I have the same issue. I have found a temporary solution though. I have a Sandisk 4GB Cruzer and an HP Laserjet 1022N connected VIA USB. When I uninstall the USB Printing support driver from Device Manager then plug in the Cruzer it recognizes it right away. Not quite sure why this would happen though
