it could be two things wrong.
Maybe the paper has too much moisture. Try to flip paper in cassete, upside down, and let few copies go. If then is OK, use fresh paper!
The worst case scenario, that I mean most costly is trouble with fixing pressure.
It could be worn pressure bushings or worn pressure roller. For that call service, youself cant do much, it must be replaced.
