If you're reading your manual and it refers to "house fuses" they are the fuses or most likely now circuit breaker in your "house" that supplys the voltage to the dryer. In other words, check your main electric panel for a tripped breaker or blown fuse.

Hi jahusmc...

To find your house fuses/breakers look for a box that is mounted on a wall within the house.
It will have a metal door on the outside and will contain all the electrical circuts controlling the house.
Once you locate the main breaker box, look for a breaker in the box that looks "out of place" with all the other breakers, if you find one, recharge it by pulling/pushing on the toggle of the breaker to reset it. Once that is done you should have voltage again.
The easy way to see if you have voltage at the plug is to use a volt ohm meter, check the receptical for the correct voltage either 110-120 volts or 220 volts depending on what your dryer uses.

Where are the 2 house fuses located at on a frigidaire dryer model #GLEQ2152EE1

The house fuse is located in the breaker box, more often than not the breaker box is in the garage or in the basement.

The fuse that stops power from getting to the motor is located on the heater assembly. I can alk you through this repair it is relatively simple. I know this dryer very well I work on seveal of them a month. If I don't respond quickly you can find help below.

Where are house fuses

the circuit breaker is a 30 amp double breaker, it is located in your main panel inside your house. There are fuses in the dryer itself, and here is a website that will be more then helpful, Tim:

Where are home fuses located on the kenmore dryer?

If you were told to check the home fuses its the circuit breaker for the house. If the house is older it may have a small circuit breaker just for the dryer. Otherwise open the circuit breaker for the house and look for the dryer fuse. Usually 2 20amp breakers together. Flip it off and push towards off a little more to reset than flip back on.

House fuse

If you have a two pole circuit breaker
there will be no fuses
the breaker replaces the fuses mentioned in the manual

Most common cause of dryer running but no heat is a blown thermal fuse. a protective device that fails if airflow is restriced and temperature rises.
the thermal fuse is mounted on the fan body or exhaust duct and looks like one of these
ac65851.jpg ce345c9.jpg wired in the heater circuit
explicit instructions to open the case/body of the dryer depend on make and model which are not stated.
If the thermal fuse has blown the dryer needs to be cleaned of the lint that got past the screen, into the fan and exhaust duct all the way to the vent on the exterior wall 2092f63.jpg thermal fuses are ~$14
