Question about Goodman CLJ30AR32 Air Conditioner
First check the disconnect or circuit breaker for the outside unit. If that is ok then it sounds like you need to check the capacitor for the fan and compressor. You can do a visual check. If the capacitor looks swollen then it probably needs to be replace. You can also use a multimeter to check it. If you don't have a multimeter then take it to a heating and air supply and they can check it. Let me know what you find and if that's not it I'll give you some more suggestions.
