Question about IBM LENOVO X31 keyboard (08K4941)
Hi. Connect an external monitor and see if you get a display. If you do, turn of your laptop and check if LCD ribbon is properly connected. You need to remove the keyboard to access the LCD connector. http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-50898.html The connector is under the keyboard. If the connector is properly connected but still no display. Check if you have a bad CCFL. Turn on your laptop, flip the LCD backward and see if you can notice dim image. If you see dim image, you need to replace the whole LCD assembly or you may try to search for CCFL on ebay. You can also find inverter on ebay. Please let me know the result and will post more solution.
