-   I have a JX-MP101BLK which I got from my parents today and I am unable to sync any music nor is the my computer able to recognize the software even after I used the driver disk that came with it
Please help this is my first MP3 and I don't want to take it back to were ever my parent brought it from -   Jwinless

-   I bought my jwin jx-mp101blk mp3 also from Staples just last week. I agree the instructions are most unhelpful but I have discovered that to down load music onto it you have to use software such as Windows Media Player. You simply rip a CD and create a playlist which you then sync with the MP3 which should be switched on and plugged into a USB port on the PC. I also found it helpful to delete all the demo music preloaded on the MP3 as it only confused the issue.
What I haven't yet discovered is how to hold the display background on the colour of my choice. Any solution?-   sligow
