I can't find a manual for the NEC Electra Elite DTU 16D-2. Does anyone know where to get one or can email one?

I also need the user manual for the DTU-16D. The feature button on my line keeps flashing, and only 1 person can page me

Our system keeps switching from our new greeting to the old one without warning and sometimes when people call in it tells them our mail box is full and hangs up on them...there are no messages on the phone. also one of our extensions goes directly to voicemail and the "users guide" doesn't explain how to reprogram the phone. Help please..... We have gone through every possible menu on the "managers" phone and can't figure out where to fix these issues.

Looking for a manual to program numbers, extentions in. A list of feature codes would be good also

One of our extensions is not receiving voicemail. It is only happening to the one employee. I put it through to voicemail, and it just sits there. No one else is having this problem. Please help!!
