Question about Compaq Armada E500 Notebook
I am sorry that the Computer is not turning ON.
Please remove the Battery and connect the Computer to Direct AC Outlet and also remove and reinstall the RAM modules.
If the same issue persists then the available option would be replacing the internal Hardware component such as Motherboard.

Tips for a great answer:

Try removing the battery from the back and then running it directly through the AC adapter. Sometimes the battery and AC adapter have conflicts and it can cause a laptop to become inoperable.
If this doesn't fix the problem in any way, I would recommend trying a new battery or AC adapter.
hope this helps
