Lost instructions for TE109 appliance timex timer.\r\nCan you help? Thank You & Merry Christmas

    • Plug your Timex seven day timer into a standard electrical outlet. Allow the timer's rechargeable battery to charge for at least 10 minutes before attempting to program the appliance; the battery will serve as a backup power source to prevent your custom programmed settings from being lost in the event the timer is unplugged or the power goes out.

    • Press the depressed "RST" button on the timer with the tip of a ballpoint pen to reset the timer's internal memory.
  • To Set the time on your Timex timer. Press and hold the "Set" button for three seconds or until the day-of-week indicator begins to flash. Press the "->" or "<-" button repeatedly until the desired day appears on the digital display; press "Set." Use the "->" or "<-" buttons to set the hours when they begin to flash; press "Set" when the desired hour is shown. Use the same process to set the minutes, then press the "Set" button again to confirm the day and time settings.

    • To Program a start time for your seven day timer. Press the ">" button to access the appliance's programming mode; the program number will begin to flash. Use the "->" and "<-" buttons to highlight the desired program number, then press "Set." Highlight the desired day and press "Set" again. Program the hour for your timer; press "Set." Set the minute and press the "Set" button to confirm.
    • wait for the timer to go back to std mode (like 10 seconds)

To program a stop time for your timer. Press the "Set" button to cause the day-of-week indicator to flash. Highlight the desired day and press "Set" to confirm. Adjust the timer's hour with the "->" and <-" buttons; press "Set" when the desired hour is shown. Set the minute for your timer and press the "Set" button again. Press the "Time" button to exit the setting mode.

It sounds like you have an intermittent connection. When an internal power connection is lost, it will cause the charge indicator to indicate discharged. Check your solder connections, particularly the solder connections that hold the batteries in place

Yes, it feeds the paper right through and the printout is blank. It's not the toner.

The Presence and absence of the charge on фоторецепторе in analog device is conditioned that that light reflected from original, gets on photo drum and discharges (it), accordingly from light, white, not containing scenes area, is reflected more light, than from black, containing scene area. Accordingly drum runs down where is absent the scene. The Toner has opposite drum sign of the charge, accordingly toner is carried on that area drum, on which is present the charge (the opposite charges are attracted).
More simply, in analog device toner lies on charged area drum.

In цифровом device all on the contrary. The Drum is exhibited (get lighting) by ray of the lazer i.e. there, where shines the lazer, drum runs down. The Toner in digital device has such sign of the charge, as drum so he lies on discharged area drum.

Now we shall consider the main reasons of the origin of such sort to faults, as white sheet (the absence of the scene on copies) and black sheet (potting the sheet on the whole surfaces by toner).
White sheet
1. Absence of the voltage on коротроне (roller) of the carrying (also is identified lower)
2. Does Not revolve фоторецептор (фотобарабан)
3. Absence of the earth фоторецептора (фотобарабана)
4. Problems with high-tension power supply unit (HVPS) (brings about that that is specified in p.1)
5. Is absent voltage of the offset of the magnetic gross, check contact on magnetic gross (particularly often on HP LJ1010 - break spring-contact when leading-in)
6. Distance from magnetic gross before drum more prescribed - a toner is not carried
7. Is Not exhibited drum lazer does not shine, locked шторка lazer, physical obstacle for ray, problems with lazer or management him

If you themselves will not be able to come to apply to service. If you manage, ask to note my help in Fixya Thanks Good Luck!

Have brand new APC 900 UPS and when plugged in, both green & yellow indicator lights flash. Non-stop. Left unit plugged in for 18 hours (off) to charge battery as info sheet suggested, but lights still...

Nope! The internal battery is not plugged-in correctly. Unplug the APC unit and open the access door to the battery (it is not dangerous to do).
Re-seat the two wire clips (red & black) to the battery. The positive post has a red mark on it.
Close it up and charge for a few hours before using.

If the symptoms continue, return unit to store.
