The problem occurs because Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) is not installed on your computer
To fix this problem, install MDAC on the computer. download MDAC from Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) site:

NOW SELECT U R DEVICE(PRINTER) ETC.NOW UPDATE U R DRIVER.....GIVE DRIVER DESTINATION MANUALLY....(LOCXATION WHERE U HAVE SAVE U R NEW DRIVERS)
