Question about HP Computers & Internet
Help! I am using Wordpress-an older version (2 something). A Trojan horse has invaded my business website. I can't do anything to fix it without Avast warning me there is a Trojan horse and kicking me off the internet. They have added things to my site. I am concerned clients will also get it if they download from my website.
Can I get rid of it? Can I delete the whole website from my computer and start again with something besides Wordpress? Will it spread to other files? I have run scans and it does not pick up an other virus.
Using Home XP Windows
If you have a business website, your web host will have the information you need.
First clean your PC.
Use Malwarebytes, boot into safe mode, turn system restore OFF, run a full scan and remove infections, REBOOT
that should be a little better, turn system restore back ON if you want
