I have the 120e version and its doing the same so i cut a couple sticks stradeled them across a sturdy plastic tote and now i have a bucketless with a bucket that should take a couple days to fill
by the way what did sears say
The unit needs to be tilted downwards in the rear slightly so that gravity will force the water to flow to the back of the unit and outside.

On the bottom of the unit there is stopper or plug get something to drain the water in and that should be it. But if it's leaking it means that the drain is clopped and it needs to cleaned out and the grills inside need to be vacuumed or use small dust brush to get all the dust off. It is not complicated just take the side of air conditioner off and there a drain hole and just get a strong wire or something thin to get inside to get whatever is clogging it. It would cost to much to get someone in to do it.
This is a single-hose portable unit, not an in-window one.
Ours just started leaking too. Apparently this is some kind of design flaw. There is no way to drain the unit, as the unit is bucketless; condensed water is supposed to be evaporated out the exhaust hose.
Needless to say I'm not very happy about this! I've had it for just over 1 year so will head to Sears to see what they say about it.
