Question about Insignia NS-LCD26-09 26 in. HD-Ready LCD TV
Found a bad EMI filter at fl702 on 5 volt line . Any idea for a replacement?

Power supply module will be the first place to look, it can be from bad DC filter caps (leaking/bulging top, high ESR), blown main AC fuse, etc.

To turn closed captions off, press the 'CCD' button on the remote control (see attached image) to cycle through the different options as shown in the attached list.
