Question about Apple MacBook 13"White /2.0Ghz Intel Core2 Duo White/2GB (2x1gb)/80GB/SuperDrive (Z0DT) Mac Notebook

1 Answer

I've been having problems with my macbook for a while: when it start ups a grey screen with the mac logo and a globe appears then a blue screen appears and all this takes a lot of time. But just now when i was having a problem with the mail app that wan't responding i had to force my mac pressing the turn on/off button and then as it was starting up -still with the grey and blue screens isssue- once it logged me into my session the menubar went missing all i could see was the date/time battery icon language and spotlight without the gray background of the menubar and to menu at all i tried going to any app like prefences and such but not even de dock would get out as i keep it in auto-hide.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

My MacBook Pro is stuck on the grey start up screen with the apple logo and a spinning circle. Sometimes it gets to a probationary circle with the spinning circle.

Unfortunately, this sounds like a problem with your hard drive/ logic board. To Fix This You Will Need To Go To The Apple Store And They Will Most Likely Have To Replace Or Repair It. the Process Takes About 2 Days - 1 Week (Just To Set Expectations.) :(

You will need to put in the Mac install DVD, once that loads up on your computer on the main bar go to utilities and then disk utility. from there click repair disk. If this fails you will have to reformat your disk and install a clean version of Mac.
