Yes, absolutely, and nothing in online manual about how to close the "door", and since it's a weekend, no chat or phone support. So I went to Best Buy to see if they had one, they didn't; but one employee remembers having the same problem - you don't want to break it, but nothing seems to work. He said he kept trying and eventually by lifting it, etc, it did close. He doesn't know what type of printer this was, though. I don't know how many printers I've had over the last 22 years, but never had a problem lowering the door! Jeez...

Just apply force in the front of the printer access door. Don't be afraid that you might break it...

Yes! I just tried etuckram's solution, despite my worked, and didn't break it. I actually sort of raised it up and down a few times and I guess finally got the momentum to close it. That is different than any other printer I have had...usually, you have to press the connector in, or something similar. This was just - use a little force. (Not too hard, I don't want to help anyone break their new printer!) Thanks so much, etuckram!

My pinter's usb connection does not have a cartridge, how can i remove the cartirdge ?

You dont need to have USB or wireless connection to remove cartridge. Turn the printer off and on. Open the front access door. The Carriage ( that holds the cartridges ) will move to center and you can remove it.

If you are unable to remove the cartridge when the printer is on, Turn if off, Open the Carriage access door and move the carriage manually and remove it.
