My ac is spitting watter by the vent, and making noise i think it happends when the fan inside hits the water that acumulates inside is there something i can do to fix this and make the water go out

The AC fan is blowing the water that has condensed on the cooling pipes. It is possible that there is clogging of dirt in the fins of the cooling pipe'
this results in water logging. The filters must be clogged and dirt has accumalated.Use a good air spray or a water jet to clean. The condensed water must flow to the rear of the unit to drain out .{A/C must be fitted slightly tilted.}.Hope this helps.

I had my a/c charged today because it has not been cooling the house down. It took less than a pound, but it still blows worm air. Fan and compressor all running. I cleaned outside unit, filters, replaced...

It could be that it is not charged correctly. Check the insulated copper
line outside if it is sweating and the condensor is discharging hot air, then the ac is doing all that it can. Check the evaporator inside to see
if the drain has condensate coming out of it.

Getting the heat out of the attic is a good idea, but you must have enough make-up air in the attic for the fan. If you do not have enough
make up air, it will start to draw air from inside the house. One way to check this is if you have a gas water heater and or furnace. If you put
a flame by the exhaust pipe in the basement and it blows it out, then you now have a backdraft problem.

Run the AC withoutthe fan, my real guess is the unit is not properly
charged or you do not have a big enough AC unit.

that fan is called a inducer motor. remove the metal cover which the motor is attached to and adjust the small blower wheel. if that does not due it, replace the motor

Very noisey fan/blower Lincoln Pizza oven 1300 series

yes, just fixed one. Take the screws loose that hold the cover (red metal) on to access the fan. Blow it out with an air compressor. Apply dry graphite powder (tube of lube) generously. problem solved!!

It seems it's collecting water in the tray and blowing it out through the top vent, dripping from the bottom inside the house and is making a sound constantly like the fan is hitting water as it blows.

AC units do take the humidity out of the air and water collects in the bottom. The unit should be tilted slightly downward on the outside so that the water runs outrside. Make sure the drain holes are clear. The pinging noise is common, the fan is hitting drops of water, nothing to be concerned about

Water doens't drain properly and sitting there,

that's fairly common for window units, it's ok to drill a small hole in the underside of the case to drain the water, just be sure you don't puncture the condenser in the process.

Everstar MPK-10cr blowing hot air

Sound like the back lower motor that turns the fan wheel in the back has failed or needs to be lubricated. I used a little bit of silicon spray since it resists moisture. You can try taking the back off...then the front...then take loosen the front motor fan wheel housing and lift up enough to access the lower back fan motor. I then sprayed the motor housing openings as close to the inner part as possible. That also stops the common noisey fan issue.
