Tried to install upgraded recovery. Got Signature verification failure . Have Tried everything to repair or restore. No luck with anything. Can you help?

Looks like you will need to start from scratch as Signature Verification Failure means the OS is not the same as the original and your recovery disc is older than the system OS. Download an ISO of your OS and use that to reinstall Windows,

Windows Installation Disc VS Windows Upgrade Disc -NOT THE SAME-

Having Trouble Booting To Your Windows Upgrade Disc?

...Upgrade discs aren't bootable discs. To repair a windows installation, you must use either a system repair disc or, better yet, a windows installation disc (genuine Retail/OEM discs are pretty much your only option to completely reinstall your windows operating system, unless you own a previous full installation disc of a previously released Windows version (such as XP or Vista), in which case you could install that windows operating system and then upgrade to a newer windows OS like windows 7. however if you ever need to reinstall windows 7, you would either need to reinstall the older windows OS, then upgrade to the newer one.

If that isn't clear, I'll sum it up....

Let's say you bought a computer, that computer had windows xp home edition. Maybe you wanted to upgrade from Windows XP/Windows Vista or Windows 7?
Well in order to switch from Windows XP/Vista to Windows 7, (or even from Windows 7 home premium- to windows7 Pro or Ultimate), then you must either:
A) Buy an upgrade disc and upgrade to the newer desired version.
B) Or, Buy a Retail Copy of the version you want to install. (keep in mind that a retail Windows 7 disc can be used to perform an upgrade rather than to competely wipe the hard disc and perform a clean install (delete partitions, reformat, and perform a new windows installation), if you so choose.

The bottom line is, you cannot Install a fresh clean copy of windows using an upgrade disc. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and Retail Windows Operation System Installation Setup Discs are "Bootable Discs". Windows Upgrade Discs are NOT bootable. (unless one where to "modify that particular disc, which is not legal).

4211 b error 32,tryed reboot but will not work just a blank screen, been told could reinstall using bios code how true and what is the code

Bios code isn't anything that would help with this problem. You might have a corrupted bios, but that is very unlikely.
If the black screen happens when the computer should be loading Windows 7 or Vista and you are able to see/move the mouse cursor, wait awhile and try hitting ctrl-alt-delete > Task Manager > File > New Task > type in "explorer" without the quotations and then should hopefully load your desktop.
If this does not work, you will need to run the Windows Recovery Console. You can do this by putting in the recovery/install disc that was hopefully given to you when you bought the computer and using one of the Repair options.
If your laptop didn't come with this disc or it was lost, you can create your own: For Vista
For Windows 7

Hi id like to reboot my vista without having to download anything or using the disc

> reboot Vista without ... using the disc

Impossible.

Instead, save all your data and music and E-mail and contact files to an external disk-drive,
and then use the disc to reinstall Vista. Then, reload your data and music.

Error : 10-FC12-0570 when i try to reinstall with the cds

Error 10-FC12-0570 on Toshiba satellite This error message means that the recovery utility was not able to read the data from the disc correctly, or wasn't able to write it to the hard drive.
The problem could be with the disc, the CD/DVD drive or the hard drive.

Solution:

Try copying the second disc using another system. If it's impossible: order for a new disc. If you can copy it, try using the copy to do the restore.

Try using a third party disk checker to verify the problem, is or is not, with the hard drive.

The best way would be to load the Windonws Vista discs, format the pc and reinstall.
(Vista Recovery Boot Cd is available free by Microsoft). Download it burn the Image .iso and run that disc. That disc will not restore the OS: run diagnostics on the HDD; once disk check is completed and repaired, proceed with the Recovery disks that you have.

Fail to reinstall the OS from the original disc it came with

the disk that it came with is most likely just a recovery disk, you will need to find someone that has the full vista install disk, and reinstall it from that. make sure its the same version of vista that you have and use your cd key on the green microsoft sticker on the computer tower.

Reinstalling windows vista no discs

It would be very hard to install the OS without any discs. If you have a registered copy, go to the Microsoft site and request a downloadable version which you can then burn to a disc and install from there.
