Question about HP LaserJet 1020 Printer
Pl;s open the three screws from back side of printer & remove the iron flap then u will see the two rollers & one sencor attach with spring that spring misplaced pls refix them on right position ur problem will be resolved

Basically, its an hardware issue. However, you could still follow the steps mentioned in the following website link in order to resolve the issue,
If the issue still persist, then contact HP and gets your printer replaced.....
