one board controls all the screen if not mistaken but these boards are expensive so it might pay just to dump it in the recycle bin and buy a new TV

Screen displays bottom half of picture only

This is a Y sustain board and/or buffer problem. Suggest replacing both. Post the model number and I can track down parts for you if you want to DIY.

I have a phillips matchline plasma the power light keeps flashing green then starts flashing red is there a problem with the connection between the tv and the master box?? plz help!

According to " Consumer Affairs. com", the problems with seris of Phillips plasmas are innumberable. And they all start with the flashing red light, from 3 - 7 times. Baased on the information you gave, there is something wrong with the TV itself, not your perifrials. I would contact Phillips/ Magnavox to see if they will pay for an authorized sevice center visit, or even ship you a part to solve the problem.

The TV is a Phillips Matchline 55"; wide screen, approx 7 years old. When switched on the LED goes red then there is a clicking sound then the LED blinks red continuosly and there is no picture.

The TV is going into protective shutdown. What is the model number of your set? I may be able to help you depending on the chassis number.
