hmmm!..simply go to the control panel and here is language and region icon....just click it and change the language that you want ( in this case english)....It may want XP cd ..just put the cd and it automatically change your prefferd language

go to control panel then open regional and language option settigns then select "english united state" and loacation united state.then apply and ok.
