well, this is an interesting monster. It appears that the unit needs to have constant power and a control circuit. Here is the manual, wiring diagram is on page 8. So, you will need to feed power directly to the fixture, after this, you will need a minimum of 3 wires and a ground between the fan and switch location. Power goes down to the switch on the orange wire, When power is sent from the switch back up on the yellow wire, the unit is on, when this connection is open, the unit is in standby. When power is sent from the switch up the blue wire, the unit is in hi, when this connection is open, the unit is in low. I do not know about the switch you are trying to use, because you did not provide a model number. If I were wiring this unit, I'd use either two switches or a stacked switch.

2003 chrysler sebring. I was installing a new stereo, and the pink wire, which I am pretty is the battery power to the old radio sparked out. I have checked the fuses, and cant find a blown one, and...

Hi, the pink wire is indeed the battery wire for keeping the station presets in memory. It should connect to the yellow wire of your aftermarket head unit. That wire is powered by the 10 amp fuse #5. The power to run the head unit comes from fuse 14 on the red wire with a white stripe. Your diagram is pasted below. Please let me know if you have more questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

Engine loops for the first 2 monutes, engine light cam on, low oil pressure and then lacks power

you need to get the engine code for this problem. This will point you in the right direction to what is wrong. Most shops will do it for free.

Try to reset the error by disconnecting the circuit breaker for 10sec. and "on" again then operate the unit. But if wont work may there some parts that are defective that trigger the error E3. Replacement of pars is needed for this problem.

06 cobalt stock system hook up

I cant really assist in this matter but I can let you know that I have a system in my 2006 Chevy Cobalt and that I have an aftermarket cd player installed. I had to pay $130 for a special adapter for it to be wired into the system because GM's newest idea of installing the stereo and airbags on the same wire scheme, is kind of a dumb idea.
