It has a small motor and gears to drive the lens, they sometimes get out of sync. Believe it or not, take your camera and wack it into your open hand, with the screen side. Remove first all rings on your hand or you might loose your screen. If this does not work your camera for all practical purposes is toast, too expensive to get repaired. . Sell it on ebay with: "screen not cracked" and buy a replacement: 230505313571. I also love this camera and they often come up on ebay for <$50.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Nikon lens 35-70 af zoom ring stuck

This is not a do-it-yourself type of repair. If you try to do any disassembly of the lens yourself, you will end up with a table full of parts you will not be able to properly reassemble and it will cost twice as much to have it fixed. Send the lens to Nikon or a professional camera repair man.

Zoom button stuck on full in zoom

Possible that the zoom switch is short or struck in action where by the zoom has gone to the extreme end. Wriggle the switch after the cam is switched off and see if it returns. If not the unit must be opened to check for the switch failure or possible motor failure, drive circuit or a mechanical jamming.

My nikon 55-200 zoom lens is stuck at full zoom

Don't force it.
Did you get dust or dirt in it?
The only solution is to bring it in for service or send it to Nikon if it is a USA model.
Nikon USA will NOT repair any gray market items.

Zoom ring on 18-55 mm lens is locked/stuck

Are you sure it's the zoom ring that's stuck, and not the focus ring? The focus ring doesn't move when the camera is in autofocus.
If it's indeed the zoom ring that's stuck, you can spend more money than the lens is worth in repairs, or buy a replacement (circa 35 dollars on ebay) for dreadfully cheap. Good luck.

Lock up

Zoom failure suggests zoom motor stalled - no repair Un able to take photos- main circuit failure. Checxk all the ovoise things Battery state- is it goog and delivering full power. Have you set it to the Photo mode or is it stuck in some other function. Get hold the the manual and do a thorough check of all functions. There is usually a FULL manual in PDF format on the supplied CD.

Nikon coolpix 2200 zoom

Based on your description, it certainly sounds like the zoom button is stuck or shorted. If you're comfortable with taking it apart, I'd try getting to the zoom electronics and see if there's any noticeable damage. Whenever I try something like this, I like to see how much damage I could cause first. eBay has sold this item for less than $50 with shipping (just in case you break something). You can also look there for parts cameras -- one listed for $10 with free shipping that might give you what you need.
