The rf-225 has a built in relay. It is good for under 15 amps of draw. It is the white wire on the 5 pin harness. It would also help to know the year/make/model of vehicle you have, to best answer your question.

It tells you and shows you in the manual just follow the directions and make sure you use a relay. If you don't use a relay you might as well throw it in the garbage now don't waste your time. or get someone to install it for you It'll be cheeper . If you don't want to read the manual you won't be able to install the alarm there are many wires elayd etc that MUST BE INSTALLED correctly and if your asking about the parking lights you didn't even read the first 5 pages. Im not being meen just honest We can't install this stuff for you. Seriously it takes a few hours with lots of eading

Anti theft alarm going off every time we open door! car starts just fine, but alarm keeps going off for about 3 min, then stops until we open the door again.

Hi Yolanda, my name is Al I'm the owner of Big As Auto Repair, check us out at bigasautorepair.com Here is what most likely happened. When the tow truck driver opened the pass door with his tools, he most likely unhooked the alarm switch that hooks to the back of the door switch. If you know someone who can take off the pass door panel they can push the switch back onto the back of the door switch, provided he did not break the switch itself. In that case you'll need a new switch if it is broken, if it is not broken simply plug it back in and you should be fine. If you don't know anyone to remove the panel then go to my website and call me from the number on the website and I can guide you through the process. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Yolanda. Disconnect the Battery and Charge it as a STAND ALONE CHARGE (not connected to the car), You may have a bad ECU.

Park lights stay on

momentarily turn the switch clockwise when it in the auto position and it should turn the lights on or off, if not you may have a bad switch relay located in the power distribution box under the hood.

The hold dash light is on and i dont know wuy

Please check if the park switch is on , if there is a auto trigger to the park switch.
Otherwise the park lamp ccirrcuitt is being triggered by a faulty line if you have connected any devices recently.

I have a VRVD630 i cant watch dvds because i dont know were to hook up the orange reverse light wire and the parking brake wire

the parking brake wire just needs to go to a ground other than the ground for the deck and the orange reverse light wire you shouldn't have to worry about it if you turn on the deck and you still can't watch movies try hook it up to the illumination wire.

My alarm keeps going off on my 97 continental

sounds like you may have a faulty ground wire to your alarm system short of un hooking the battery i would suggest going to a garage and have it inspected

Viper alarm, lights dont flash

Sounds to me like the parking light output wire. They usually have a seperate fuse or the connection is bad. The connection on your vehicle should be behind the pass side kick panel and look for a wire to the white/purple wire and check that with a meter or light to see if it's kick out power. There is a possibility they used the negative trigger through a resister and that would be located behind the headlight switch. That will at least let you know and trace down the problem. Here is a link with that parking light info for yours. Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.
