Cannot download pictures

Try to re install the camera software that come with cd that included when you bought it. Maybe there is a corrupted or complex to the other software installed. Also check if the usb cable or port is working properly. Maybe the the usb port in your laptop is only usb1.0 and your camera usb is 2.0 . That's why the laptop cannot recognize the camera when you connected. Try also to use to other computer the camera if is working the problem is in your laptop.
