Question about HP DeskJet 810c InkJet Printer
When I turn on my HP Deskjet 810c printer, the piece carrying the ink cartridges seems to be stuck in the "home" position. The motor tries to move it, but can't. I can't move it manually, either. Any suggestions?
This is known as 'carriage jam' and this cannot be fixed from your end.
