Question about Dell Dimension 4550 PC Desktop
I have had this problem before. The solution was to clear the CMOS memory on the motherboard. The easiest way to do this is: Turn off and unplug pc from the mains. Open the case. Carefully remove the round lithium battery you see on the motherboard. wait 30 secs, then put it back in, close up the pc and turn back on. Note: If you have never done anything inside your computer before, you must be careful to touch as little as possible and be gentle. I hope this helps you.
