Usually if you power it off and wait a few minutes to power it back on it should reset itself. It would be nice to know what your main problem is?

Ho to ajust air handler blower speed on a Gibson airhandler GB5VM

The Gibson GB5VM's ECM variable speed motor includes 12 field-selectable cooling airflows and 4 heating airflows to match any application. This Gibson air handler's quiet blower operation is achieved through extra quiet and smooth blower on and off cycles. Consult with your INSTALLATION & OPERATING MANUAL provided from your local Gibson Installation Team. If you cannot locate one, you can call GIBSON 24/7 at toll free 888-701-5040

I have a Ruud Model # UACC-036JAS. Any idea on

Hi, yes the number you are showing me 036 indicates its a 3 ton unit. For every ton of cooling, you will have 12,000 btu's of cooling. 36 divided by 12=3 ton unit. Its showing me also its a Ruud Handler 2.0 ton which would be a Model# UACC-024JAS? If your mobel number is the one you gave me, UACC-036JAS, this is a 3 ton unit, absolutely no questions. I hope I have been of help to you. I am a licensed air conditioning / Refrigeration /Heating Contractor. Let me know if I have been of help.
Sincerely,
Shastalaker7
PS If this is a split system with the indoor air handler and condenser outdoors, both coils must be the same tonnage for it to work for you properly. You can't have a 2 ton indoor evaporator coil with a 3 ton condensing unit.

My Gibson 3.5 ton heat pump died (might be compressor); however, the air handler is just fine. I've found a Westinghouse 3.5 (HS042ABS) (same voltage and handler requirements) and I want to know if I can...

Hello,By all means you can! The airhandler will not mind at all.The freon used MUST be the same.If the old compressor had a BURN OUT please install new filter/driers in refrigerant piping.Hybird meaning just different brands.

What is the size of coil in air handler is it 3 1/2 ton and believe that rudd only made 2 ,3 , 4, 5 , ton coil is this right

It is a 3.5 ton air handler and without knowing for sure about Rudd only making those sizes which they should, they more than likely would have gone up to a 4ton coil. One way to cross check this, is to see what ton the condenser outside says it is. If you have a 4ton condenser, then you should have a 3.5 to 4 ton coil, either being okay. What you don't want, is a 3 ton coil and a 4 ton condenser and so on. A half ton isn't going to be a problem regardless, but if anything, you can always take the measurements of the coil if you are trying to replace it.

HELP, A/C wont come on in FL

Stopped up drain line caused float switch to trip. Blow out drain line. Blown fuse in Air Handler. Bad transformer. You have a 3 ton on a four ton air handler. You need to lower fan speed to low dor better effeciency. Could have bad Tstat butchances are control voltage problem.

Btu's

That air handler can accamodate different size coils. Look for the coil model number. Also you can look at the outdoor unit model number they should be matched up. There is generally a set of 2-3 numbers in the model numbers that will tell you. xxx036xxx is 36,000 btu. tonnage is 12,000 btu per ton so 36,000 btu's would be 3 tons. xxx040xxx= 40,000btu's or 3.5 tons etc.
