When my rca 36F530 tv is plugged in it makes a high pitched buzzing noise picture does not come on

There is a short circuit in the high voltage circuit. the transformer who helps to create the high voltage or his power transistor is damage. replacement needed. the repair is not expensive, because the parts are average repair. Ask for an estimate.

Rca d52w19 push power flashes 3 times and makes a buzzing noise each time, but does not come on. I Checked capacitors cp150,cp114,cp120 and none of them show any signs of bulging or leaking. I also...

The caps in these sets rarely bulge. Try checking the Horizontal Output Transistor (HOT). I suspect that it is shorted. The noise you are hearing is the power supply attempting to fire. With the defect further on, the power supply will turn itself off as a safety valve.

Keep us posted,

Yet another hissing/buzzing noise from back of TV

Good day.

Check for the horizontal output transistor, flyback and filter capacitors.
Any of these being shorted can cause the problem.
