Won't Print!! I recently installed a new color cartridge and it asked if it was new, yes, 83, yes then it said it was going to print an alignment page but only the black would print. It then said it had an alignment problem and to remove the tape from the cartridge ( I did) then I looked on the Lexmark site and cleaned the connections and the cartridge as it suggested. The printer will act like it's printing, but a blank sheet, or a sheet with only the black parts on it. I put in a different cartridge, same thing. Ahhhhh!!! Thanks so much if anyone can help!

I have the same problem and need to get documents sent out ASAP. I don't want to pay to fax and print when I have a machine that's supposed to do it for me.
I was wondering if I have to update something? Or uninstall and reinstall something? From the computer it prints the test color picture of fruit just fine. Other than that it won't print from the PC or the printer itself.
I hope there's a solution for this soon.
