i think u better goto a mob service shop, and tell them to change ur phones software,or u do if u have a pc in your home(need net connection). While turn on ur mob after changing software ur current code is 12345

When your phone ask for a PUK code,it means you enter wrong PIN code for several times,and you need PUK code to retrieve your PIN code further.

* PUK code can be found in your sim package when you bought it. If there is nothing included,you may call your network provider and request for the PUK code or you can drop by on their wireless center personally.

Did you try so called "puk" codes? If you did this that I'm afraid you will have to visit your operator. :(

When u press the switch off button on top, scroll down the various options and u will find lock phone option select that, the phone will be locked.
You can set the password here=>Tools=>Settings=>Security=>Phone and sim=>lock code.
I think by default the lock code is 1234, change to what u want.

Hi there. Your sim card is blocked. you need to contact your service provider for that code. If you have any other locks on your phone you can use *2767*3855# but please be carefull as this will take all data of your phone!
