Your problem is probably the video card is bad. Try taking out the video card and plugging your monitor directly into the onboard VGA on your motherboard. Your video card is probably causing some power issues that cause your machine to shut off to prevent any damage.

Playing Games/Videos lag and graphics card failure

I would not get one opinion from here, I would Google multiple variations in the wording of your problem to see how others have fixed a similar problem.
Other than doing the usual: making sure that you have the latest drivers for your motherboard, video card, etc., freeing up RAM by closing unnecessary programs or getting more RAM and a better video card (unless you already have plenty of both). Reinstalling everything from fresh.

With the computer running, unplug the power cord from the computer. Make sure the mouse is plugged in before you plug power back in. During restart after the forced crash the system will re inventory the hardware. If it is a PS2 mouse, and crashing did not fix it, the quickest fix is to retire the mouse and buy a USB or wireless (also USB). The USB mouse seems quicker than the PS2 and they are cheap. Plug in the new mouse, turn on the computer. Plug and Pray.

Running horse icon constantly running on computer screen

The running horse icon that you are referring to is most likely the mouse cursor in "loading" mode. You can change this icon by going to your control panel, and accessing the mouse options. Select the "Pointers" tab and find the horse icon in the list of set cursors. Select the horse icon, and change what cursor is being used.
Alternatively, shut down some of your unused background programs, like any instant messagers and things like that. The idea is that your computer is constantly working on something. If you remove all that background work, then the horse will not appear as often.

Have a GeForce 6600 Graphics card in my computer but when i play games, the computer crashes. Anything i can do to stop this from happening? The only game I am playing is World of warcraft and that is...

You should always update the graphics card driver first.

If that doesn't help, does it crash to the desktop, or does it crash and shuts your computer down?

If it crashes to the desktop, then your system might not meet the system requirements of the game.
If it shuts your computer down, then you might not have enough power, some hardwares are not compatible, or that the speed of some components are too high and unstable (unstable overclocking).

However, it's just possible that the game isn't working the way it should and just needs a reinstallation.

How can we connect two moniters to one cpu

To have and use 2 monitors at the same time, you need a video card with a dual VGA outputs.

To use 1 monitor at the time you can buy a VGA switcher, to switch between the 2 monitors.

XPS 1330 screen turns black

My first guess is that your video card is starting to go bad. My second guess is the processor needs to have its heatsink reseated. If it is under warranty I would have dell repair it so you don't incur the charge of a new video card.

XP

Use system restore to a restore point before your computer crashed. AVG is one of the best antivirus programs out there. I even recommend it.

If your are using Vista, insert the DVD and boot from the CD/DVD. When you get to the install page select the repair your computer option.
From the options select System Restore.

On a personal tip:

I am currently using BitDefender Tolal Security and I am recommending this one also.
If you have formatted your harddrive, then you are SOL!!!

No signal

This sounds like your Video card might not be compatible with the game you are playing. You might need a better video card. Before you do anthing else, check to see if your computer is fast enough to play it.

Big games can crash slow computers, also it could just be a bad monitor.

Try checking the cord between the monitor and the computer.
